If the product doesn't meet your expectations, doesn't fit, is broken upon opening the parcel, you can return it to us.
This has to be done within 14 days upon receiving the parcel!

Items that are custom made, are special ordered for you won't be refunded.
Do not try to repair the item yourself!

If we ship you the wrong item, your return shipping costs will be paid for.
If you want to switch products, we'll calculate the shipping costs based on the weight of the item.

What if I already used the product?
You can't return worn uniforms, plate carriers or used airsoftguns.

If you do send us a used item we won't return the money. We won't ship the item to you unless you pay for the shipping.

How do I return my product(s)?

• Go to your account on our webshop.
• Click on Order history and details
• Right next to the order you want to return, click on details and scroll to the bottom
• There you can select the products you want to return
• Typ the reason you want to return the items to us
  (if you want to switch a product, or if you want a gift card in return, be sure to typ it in the box)
• Click confirm
